Find your SIA Connect UUID

Learn where to find and copy the UUID of your SIA Connect unit in the Edge Portal.

Each SIA Connect unit has a unique UUID that identifies the system. You can find and copy the UUID directly from the Edge Portal.

Open the Edge Portal for your SIA Connect unit.
On the sign-in page, locate UUID.
Select the copy button next to the UUID to copy it to your clipboard.

The UUID is available on the sign-in page, so you do not need to sign in first.

Find the UUID after signing in

Sign in to the Edge Portal.
Open System.
Locate UUID in the system information.
Select the copy button next to the UUID to copy it to your clipboard.

The copied value is the unique UUID of the SIA Connect unit.
